  Great car wash experience. We got both interior and exterior services. Interior was handled with meticulous care… wipe down surfaces with conditioner, clean inside windows, vacuumed, and choice of car freshener (really like the “new car” scent). The exterior was hand-dried, tire shine applied, wheels wiped, and bug residue removed. Top notch, quality service, and great value.

  I am going to Mister Car Wash somewhat regularly. A couple of times when my car was washed, they forgot to clean some parts of it. I hope they improve. I suggest you try Mister Car Wash – also to see their service for yourself.

  Getting in and out of this location is downright dangerous. Cars going in and out act entitled. It creates a mess at the light. What’s worse is the workers darting across the street instead of using the cross walk 50 feet away. I’ve watched multiple workers almost get hit because of their laziness while at the stop light. Ownership knows too and they don’t care. Shameful.

  Soap not rinsing off, bring a towel. No lane for prepaid customers. Do not get behind other vehicles in the check in. You can be sitting there 10 minutes waiting for them to decide on a wash.

  Honestly getting tired of the poor wash quality of all the Mister Car washes and am considering just cancelling my Unlimited pass. This picture is of my truck after 2 times through the wash. The employees have a pressure washing wand right there and they just stand there and never use it. It would take maybe 10 seconds to spray down the back but instead they just stand there and press the start button.

  this station is garbage, two of the washing brushes are not working, poor drier and vacume.
  my plate number and it protection frame crashed during the washing.
  when I talked to the workers and did a clame the mangaer send me email that we are not responssable for any damage in plate number and frame or other accessories.
  thats mean we should remove the plate number befor washing😜
  thats happend to my friend in same car wash station.

  My favorite car wash in the Tri Cities! I like it because it’s a longer one and doesn’t rush you though it so my SUV actually gets clean and the bugs actually off!!!

  Went to get my Subaru detailed, and it was a really great price!! Everything was very clean and smelled amazing. It was about several hours (10-2ish), but my car was very clean and spotless. Service was amazing! I didn’t wait there, but there was a waiting area with chairs and some vending machines if you wanted to wait. It was $211 total. Would go back!!

  There’s is nothing better if you have to go to town than driving a clean car! That just makes my day even better. So while headed off to Ranch and home to deliver toys for tots, i passed autobahn Auto Car and thought, man, i need to stop in, and I’m glad i did because they did a fabulous job!! I couldn’t imagine doing what they do out in the cold having to pre wash or, even at the end, having to dry the car! It was the best $9.00 i spent this holiday season, i also gave them some peanut brittle that i love to make for this holiday season. They were so appreciative. I really love that about people. We really need to be appreciative of people, because just remember… they didn’t have to! Hope you go get your car washed. This place is highly recommended and I’ll be back!   Ok, listen up people, this is the best deal around town $20 for an unlimited car wash for a month and they do a GREAT job! Thank you Hobbs for coming out to help us. He explained to us that if we decided to go with the monthly unlimited car wash that all we would have to do is pull up to the gate to which it would read our plates and then the gate will open. How nice is that! I don’t know about you but i love driving a nice clean car it does make my day better. So to know that anytime I’m in town now i can pull up and get my car washed and it will fill like free 😁! I’m sorry i didn’t catch her name but she helps me pull my car forward everytime don’t worry next time i will get her name. So then to go thru the wash and then to have it dried by Carlos is great. Oh, i wanted to mention it looked like Carlos broke his leg or has some sort of fraction because he had a leg brace on, and good for him to still be out there yet working! We need more people like him in this world what an inspiration he is! (I pray he gets better 🙏🏻) I just love this place! So i read another review here and it said they have free vacuuming for 5 min. I never knew that, so maybe they should advertise that as well. I’m not sure how well they work but I will definitely try it out on my next visit and get back to you. Until then please take advantage of this $20 unlimited car wash, This place is highly recommended! PLEASE, STAY OFF YOUR PHONES, AND DRIVE SAFE! 🙏🏻

  Not what I expected nor what the description said for full interior detail. Cup holder dirty, trash in the rails baby’s milk still on the leather seat floor mats look bad
  I catch some of it while I was there but when I got home and fully inspected it was bad
  I’m glad I decided to hold off on scheduling my other vehicle until I saw how this one was handled.

  My vehicle came back detailed absolutely immaculate. I also had them detail under the hood – wonderful. The 12 year old vehicle looked show room. The price for the work they did was very reasonable. I don’t write reviews unless things are awesome or the opposite of awesome. Autobahn is awesome.
