  Quick review: If you miss customer service in your world, this place will help revive some of your faith in business. I watched these guys treat everyone with the type of customer service you would have expected to get 20 years ago. It was great! Do yourself a favor and get your oil changed here.

  Let me start by saying we are not local and home is at least a 6 hour drive for us. We were having something going on with the truck and needed oil. With 20 minutes till close they predicted what might be the cause and how much oil we really needed, vacuumed and cleaned windshield did full oil change, checked for leaks, and provided a warranty that even covered in our state. Jesse (spelling?) was respectful, professional, efficient and the crew was fast and efficient. Thank you for the last minute help and saving our headaches so we can get home safely.

  Truck was dirty, had some mud and they charged me extra… ok fair enuf.

  They didn’t even spray off the running boards. I know bc I paid for the to tier wash (plus paid extra) and after I went thru there was still mud on the running board. Wasn’t even touched by them spraying or the wash itself. Wasted money, truck barely had the dust washed off.

  I will add… I went thru again and still undercarriage was untouched. But they did run me thru again for no charge.

  paid for a tri foam wash and the tri foam was out and looks to have been out for a while. you think solutions would be something that would be checked daily before opening and if out take the option off so people don’t get charged.

  GREAT. WAS ONE OF MY NEW EXPERIENCES WITH A CAR WASH AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY VERY HELPFUL. THE CARWASH DID A EXCELLENT JOB ON THE VEHICLE. I HAVE 2 BROKEN FEMERS AND CAN’T WALK AND WILL TAKE VEHICLE BACK THERE!

  I have gotten my oil changed here for 20+ years, but new ownership has raised prices dramatically and taken away service features as well. It was about a $110 for an oil change on my Impala. The employees were fine, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

  Got right in they asked me questions before they did anything. They were fast, efficient, they gave me price ranges before they started servicing the vehicle they asked me what kind of oil whether I wanted the regular or synthetic they were all very polite, they were all friendly. When I asked for prices they knew what the prices were. I will go back I was happy with the service I would recommend them, and this is why I gave them a five-star

  They always do a great job so quickly! Pull up at your convenience, communicate while staying in your vehicle and done in ten minutes every time. They all communicate with eachother very well and are poilte. I was treated very well and will continue to come back!

  The car wash and lube has been sold. And is no longer part of Super shine auto care detailing. The lube is now Strickland brothers 10 minute oil change. The Detail shop is still under previous ownership, and has the same great employees, with same great service! Any comments about the Wash & Lube should be directed to the new ownership.

  Place has really changed under new ownership and not for the better just had the manager try to fight me over getting out to grab towels to help wipe down my car. Not the shine I remember at all friendly,helping,caring use to be the ways but no longer.
