  Hottest newest car wash by far the best in Jacksonville Florida. Definitely have to come in and get the best package. For a short period they are running 20.00 for first 2 months. Come down because this deal won’t last forever. Also they have with the unlimited plan free clean station and great towels. For those who have carpet rugs they have a great cleaning machine.

  I drive Lyft and it’s really important to me that every rider I have experiences a clean car. I have the membership with Johnny Clean and had before I ever did Lyft. I realize now even more so how rewarding it is for me to have a place that I can go to to not only clean my car for work later but actually enjoy cleaning it. If I have ever had any issues each staff member was ready and available to help and were cheerful enough that I never felt like a bother.

  Stopped in impromptu for a car wash. The associate Stone helped me out, and explained all the wash packages, let me know about the deals and how everything worked.
  Stone was also super friendly and just talked with me about normal things too. I bought the monthly subscription and will 10/10 come back often and regularly because of Stone and how good my car looked coming out of the wash. Great value!

  I have been a longtime customer of Johnny Clean carwash. From the staff to the vacuum station, not a thing is overlooked. My favorite team member is Stone. He is always so helpful, friendly and courteous. He always asks if the kiddos want a lollipop. They love him.

  I love that I can get in and out fairly quickly, and leave with a spotless clean and shining car! My grandkids love helping me wash the inside windows. I love that Johnny’s provides the towels, garbage sacks, fragrance spray and window cleaner as well as a powerful vacuum on each side of my car!

  If you haven’t tried Johnny’s, what are you waiting for? They are open until 9PM.

  I have been using Prime car wash for awhile now and to be honest I am very dissatisfied. I have the “best” membership they offer. It cost 70$ a month and is sounds like a great deal at the time you sign up. However it definitely feels like they rush you out when you come in with your membership. They always no matter what try to up sell you on everything. You can have a brand new car with ceramic coating and they will still try and up sell you. They are not bad if you are a clean person and only need them to clean the outside and vacuum. But today broke the camels back. I had some dust on my dash and doors I asked if they could get it they told me I needed to pay 20$ for them to wipe down my dash and doors. They used something to make it look shiny and very clearly missed a lot pictures included

  I took my car here before a trip to get it all nice and clean. Clearly I should have checked it over better before I left. I emailed the store with photos that evening (02/23) went out of town without cell service through 02/28 and never received a response. No email. No phone call. So here we are. I was charged $30 extra for wiping things down? I specifically asked for my rubber mats to be cleaned and now they look gray and dull. Hoping I can get back to black and fix them. My dash screen is now super scratched. My car is 10 months old. This is supposed to be a $60+ car wash. I didn’t expect perfection, but I expected more than this. I could have done this myself at the gate car wash.

  What a waste! Paid 40 dollars for a job my 5yr old kid could do. Some many young kids work here and they do not pay attention to detail it’s a rush job from start to finish, rags left in my car, seats not wiped down like they should have been, interior was poorly done. I used to come here when they first open and it’s progressively gotten worse. Save your money and go through the wash by gate gas stations and do it yourself for a better more thorough job. They cleaned my car inside after going through the car wash and it took a total time of 10min and it looks that way. I’m so mad I paid for this!!

  This car wash hooked it up. They made my truck look brand new. I highly recommend them for the full detail. They were even able to remove paint from my seat that had been there for a year.

  For my first time coming to prime car wash, I will CERTAINLY NOT GO BACK, here’s the reasons why : my car cleaning was not done well, they waxed over tree sap on my car and then said I needed to pay $100 for a clay waxing. Lamarcus the only employee who attempted to help tried to make sure i was helped. The manager wasn’t helpful and I had to pay another $15 for them to remove the sapp. I paid $38 for the wash , $39 for the wax and $15 additional for the sap. Why wax over sap, instead of contacting me and letting me know some other options? My rims which I included photos were not even touched. They have grim on the outside after the detailing and I was told by the receptionist that, car washes only include a light wipe down of rim and tire if I wanted the grim off I had to pay 69.99 for that. At almost $100 spent this car wash TERRIBLE. Between the extras that aren’t mentioned to not be included , and the manager whom didn’t even ask if everything was ok it was a bad first experience. Besides Lamarcus no one was helpful. I think you should take your money elsewhere because at least you know your “ full service “ will be a full service. My carpet vacuuming was also not done properly ( photos included ) ; still tree sapp on back break light and dirt and grim on bumper and above front tire. They were to worried about the white truck behind me in the service line. They were rushing me out the line. He told me I was “ good to go “ with grim on tire still not done. Do yourself a big favor and don’t go. There are better car washes that clean your car, and get the sap off without trying to re charge you. I will now have to PAY AGAIN for another cleaning. Just save your money.

  I like taking my car to this Premium Car Wash. And I did yesterday 02/23/2022 for a $10.00 cash wash. But when my car was washed and I was exiting the car wash. Straight ahead I saw this sign. An arrow pointing to the exit. But the bush was covering the arrow towards the vacuums. How about removing this bush or cutting it down so the people in the low cars can see the whole sign. I thank the owner for their comment.

  Been using this car wash with premium membership basically since they opened. Kids love the lava and colors. Feels well worth the price for everything included and how often we go, sometimes 4 times a week. staff is always helpful

  Love this car wash been using for about a year. The only thing I can say is lately when I pull into the wash no one really directs me so every time my tires hit the rails. Before they use to make sure they directed you so that wouldn’t happen. I don’t want my tires or alignment getting messed up that’s why I left Johnny Clean. Other then that my car usually gets pretty clean after 1 wash and I like the air fresheners when they are available and the vaccuums work really well 😀

  Monthly plan is fine, just drive over and get a carwash. I keep the location in my routine and go there often during the month. Like when I get groceries or fueling the vehicles. I can also use the vacuuming system while I am there. Not every time though. I’m glad to see more locations are being added in my area of Jacksonville, FL. Keep up the good work

  They don’t wash the front of the car, they have a place for you to do it if you want, but even at the 30 dollar most expensive clean they won’t wash the front end more than maybe a light swab with a brush. The machine doesn’t wash the front, they’re supposed too if you get the “bug wash” or any of the higher dollar options but it hasn’t changed since covid ended. I’ve complained a dozen times but they’re so busy they don’t care. Ehh, other than only washing 3 sides of your car, its a decent wash.
