  Worst experience ever! The attendant was rude and cancelled our membership because of a disagreement. Glad it happened. We now have a family plan for all 4 of our vehicles for $29 a month at a local gas station. They have lost a client who was faithful for over 7yrs. Don’t spend your money where you’re mistreated people.

  Very disappointed…the machines have not work in over a month…I have a monthly contract that I am now going to stop because of the facility has not been running propertly. The person standing at the computer said it’s only the top brushes not working however the second brushes have not worked also. When I left the car wash I was not pleased with the wash.

  Place is unfortunately going down hill. It’s been a while since all of the machines in the tunnel have worked properly. And why do we not have a members pass only lane? Drives me crazy to have to sit and wait behind grandma who struggles to use the machines.

  Did a pretty good job. Has two bays. Jayven (I’m sure I’m butchering his spelling. 🤷🏾‍♂️) Was the lead and made sure the guys did a good job on my truck, engine, trailer and washout. Jennifer inside took care of my billing quick, friendly and professional.

  I use Blue Beacon to wash out my truck trailer all the time. Their price is reasonable they have many locations and they always do a good job. But most of all they’re quick you’re in and out of there in a matter of minutes. My company has an account set up with them also so it’s so easy and convenient to pay all you have to do is give them a trip number your name and the truck information and you just sign for it, it’s a beautiful experience.

  I’ve been going to Blue Beacon for over 10 years. Never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. Young man held the pressure directly in one place almost touching grill, and made the chrome plating mess up. I saw he didn’t do it on purpose, but it was done. Did an incident report, and they said they weren’t liable because he didn’t hit it. Common sense. It’s high pressure concentrated in one place. Smh. That was my last wash with Blue Beacon. I’ve never tried to get over on anyone, but that’s how I feel they did me.

  Waited two hours to get washed.did not wash headache rack and stacks were a mess. Turned around and they rewashed stacks. Said it was not there policy to brush wash headache rack. Washed only the wheels on pole trailer. Very disappointed!

  *Update* 02.01.2022 Per Mister Car Wash’s request, I sent an email to their email address that they provided. As of February 2022 I never received a reply from them. That is disappointing and embarrassing.

  Definitely didn’t have a great experience at Mister car wash. I went out of my way to go here, which was not a good decision.

  1. There was not a bug wash area as you pull into the business.
  2. I’m disabled and have difficulty with my hands, so using the card reader took a little longer for me to use.
  3. Just as my card was authorized, an attendant walks up and sticks their head inside of my vehicle to see what the issue is. Hello, Covid! What were they thinking. They didn’t say anything just put their head right in. ( I pulled up close to the kiosk, so I could avoid an interaction like that however, this didn’t stop them from nearly hoping in my vehicle. )
  I told them I was fine and did not need any assistance.
  4. They didn’t tape down my rear wiper arm, because of this the rear wiper arm was up when I got to the vacuums. This could have definitely damaged the rear wiper arm.
  5. My vehicle was not very clean after the car wash, not to mention that there was more tire shine on the body of my vehicle that on my tires.

  This interaction with Mister Car Wash, was completely disappointing. I unfortunately will not use their services any longer.

  The staff is very nice. Lots of washing options to choose from including an economical eight dollar wash. I free vacuums with a wash. this place stays very busy but was not too busy when I went.
