  My car’s winshield got destroyed while going through the wash. It was all BlueWave’s fault, and I was promised to be reimbursed 100%.
  I brought in my receipts for car repair deductible and the cost of rental car.
  Initially, I was promised my reimbursement
  will be ready in 5 to 10 days.
  When I came back looking for my Check on the 10th buisness day (9/22/21), it was not ready.

  I was told some financial department is taking time, and that as soon as my Check is ready it will be express mailed.

  I got an email on 9/27/21 from their Insurance Representative saying once “evaluation” with my insurance company is completed they will reimburse the deductible. No words on the rental car payment nor when I will be paid.

  So disappointed at how this issue has been taken care of. You caused damage to my car, and you sure are taking time
  to pay up. Shame!!

  Took my new Mustang GT through the car wash as usual but this time was different—the attendant signaled me in but didn’t guide me correctly, right before the machine started he looked surprised because the car was slightly off the rail but he still guided me in. At the final stage, the tire polisher, I heard a small thump so after wash I parked to inspect.
  First, three panels above each of the three tires were pulled out. The fourth tire panel wasn’t pulled out but had a large piece of the rollers blue cloth imbedded in between panel, the tire rim had a slight scratch on side of rim with yellow paint—caused my the rail. My license plate was pulled up on one corner as well.
  I filed a claim with them and they took pictures and said I had a genuine claim. But when “Liz” from claims called me she was completely unprofessional towards me as if I was to blame. According to her she said she the video and said that the panels were already damaged and said that the blue roller cloth that stuck in my panel was probably caused by my not following the guided rails as well as the rim damage. I questioned her about the video and asked for a copy. She said no because it is private. I asked for her name and again she said i can’t give you my name because it’s private (in voicemail she said her name was Liz). I asked for their corporate number and she said it’s private also and then said after review BlueWave did not cause my damage in any way and my claim was denied. I said first, the cloth from roller is evidence of damage as well as the yellow paint on rim from the rail. She said “are you finished?” I said no, I’m going to seek legal advice that’s when she shut down further questioning saying it’s all private. I said why could not say “Sir, I’m very sorry about this incident and I understand your concern “ …that would have been appropriate for a claims representative but no, she ended up rating her voice to me and then abruptly hanging up on me. What company that should be professional has a claims department that has zero empathy and extremely rude towards a paying customer? And since when are corporate phone numbers private? All of the conversation was just to satisfy me that they read my claim and just to say it’s denied. Luckily for me I have front and rear dash cams. It showed the attendant saw that my car was off rail but still told me to proceed.
  I am angered by this company’s lack of inexperienced staff and claims representative. This is an example of how not to run a business. I did contact my attorney and from what they saw it was evident that they were at fault. I have already retained a lawyer and taking them to civil court for negligence. According to local popular body shop, they told me they had over two dozen other cars damaged by Blue Wave and Blue Wave claims department has denied responsibility for all claims.
  Zero stars. Left a long poor review on Yelp as well. So BlueWave? TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT DAMAGES WITH CARE AND CONCERN NOT JUST HANG UP ON THEM.

  I signed up for the unlimited ultimate: pre-wash, wash, hot wax, spotless rinse, tire shine. My car always looks like like when I bought it new from the dealership. Excellent

  Really like the free vacuums. A bit pricey, but in line with the competitors in the area. Mirrors were still dirty as well as the front windows. Was hoping for more out of a $16 wash.

  I paid $16 for the top level wash and the car came out dirty the attendant said that the car would still have dirt on it because it’s an expired wash. Just bogus!

  I paid $21 for a car wash that was supposed to tire shine and wax the car, but it didn’t. Says ‘no refunds’ on the door. I went in anyways and i was told that there were issues with the tire/wax machine and that they could rewash the car….umm, I just washed the car, I’m from out of state and paid for a service that clearly is inoperable. Furthermore the person drying the car did a horrible job.

  This car wash doesn’t even wash the cars right. It leaves them worse than what it was before wash . When I asked supervisor what was happening she said it doesn’t always wash right and there is nothing they can do. she mentioned that technicians have gone out several times per week and they don’t fix it.
  It leaves soap and streaks .
  I’ve complained to management and corporate and no response.

  I come here twice a week for a car wash and I have not been disappointed by their services! there are three different washes to choose from and free vacuuming after every wash! During certain times of the day there are workers ready to dry your car if water stains are easily made or if the dryers just doesn’t get it all in one go. I highly recommend trying out the subscriptions to really get your moneys worth because the one time washes are a bit pricey.

  I love this place. Service is good. In and out quickly with a courtesy dry of my vehicle. Sure beats waiting in line forever like the other place. Couple bucks more but I prefer that than waiting in line. Besides I was spending the extra bucks in gas while I waited in line. 10-15-22 Its been a while since I’ve stopped in cause the washes there started to lose quality. I noticed that half the brushes were off every time I went through. I was in need of a wash and noticed that the name has changed and I’m hoping management as well. Wash was alot better. My vehicle actually got a quick scrub going in and a quick wipe down on the way. Only thing I can frown upon is the amount of time I spent trying to exit. They only had one drying person and they were falling behind. From what I could tell it was due to lack of effort. She was really hustling to do a good job. Maybe an extra hand during the busy times would help. I made sure to drop a tip on the way out. She definitely earned it. Definitely start coming back again.

  I only like that they help you dry your vehicle, and that’s if someone is in front to actually do it. The go car washes in the valley are NOT good. They do a much better job in corpus and elsewhere

  I would not recommend this place. I got the interior and exterior cleaning for $45 for my truck and they rushed. It was not cleaned very well inside or outside. I asked the attendant if they could revacuum the inside again and they said I needed to pay more. Pictures show how it was left.

  Been using this service over 10 years usually very good. Last year cost for external wash wash was $8.00
  Then 8.50 a few months ago. Today 15.00 although the posted rate is 10.00. Service seems slower. Looks like I need to find another carwash

  New management is dreadful. Too busy eating donuts to wash cars. Used same rag to dry 2 cars. 4 cars in line but not busy enough to have extra workers clock in, so 1 guy did all the work. I asked for my money back and left. I used to go there all the time…they were once very good. NO LONGER. Avoid it like the plague.

  Sprayed so much Armor All and didn’t bother wiping it down. So greasy inside the car!!! Floor mats so greasy that shoes just slide off. Very dangerous for the driver. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

  Was great for the full detail service I was provided. Most of the stains were completely removed and those too hard to do so were significantly harder to see. There was a significant amount of armor all added to create a greasy look on the interior, but personally I didn’t mind. The manager Angel assisted me with any inquires I had, and provided great attention. Would come back again.
