  My car is brand new and was washed last week…so it’s wasn’t even that dirty. The bugs that were on my mirrors are still there. The vacuums barely sucked anything up. For another $10 bucks I could’ve got my coworker who has a detailing business come to the house to wash it. Definitely won’t go back.

  Yesterday, November 30th, when I went there the right side of my car still had soap suds on it AFTER I had left the car wash. The dryer doesn’t work that good anymore, leaving my windows spotty. I didn’t have this problem before, it used to always have my windows clean.

  Lately when I go to wash my car the vacuuming service is unavailable or they are broken leaving me to go to another wave location to vacuum. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed and corrected!

  Absolutely love the works package. After using the package for the last couple months the rain just beaded off my entire car today during the storm. My car literally shines better than the day it was brand new because of the great body wax applied with the works package. It is honestly the best and most professional wash in the business. After using Tommys Express for my car washing needs, I would not even consider using another wash in town. It is great to have all the services done at Tommys and be in and out in around 3 minutes. This is a top notch establishment and is so much more than your everyday carwash.   The latest and most efficient way to wash your vehicle has arrived in Greenville NC. Jump on the bandwagon and sign up for the 30 day unlimited wash via the Tommys Ap. Once your a Member you can pull into lane 2 or 3 and the system reads your tag then opens the gate. You drive yourself onto this belt that’s very easy to do, shift into neutral and enjoy the wash. It’s very spacious, bright and the wash is better than anything I have ever had before. From start to finish it took me under 5 minutes. Other than some staff waving at me and smiling I did not have to stop and communicate with anyone which for me is how I want it during these times. The person who is in charge is name is John and he can assist you getting the 30 day free wash promotion.
