  This was my first and only time i will use PDQ. What a waste of money. My car was in desperate need of a cleaning and purchased the the special that included everything. As we watched the 3 or 4 people clean my car, it seemed they were more interested in playing, spraying each other and laughing. Before we pulled out we had to ask them to clean spots off the inside of the windshield and some of the dash. We didn’t realize what a truly lousy job they did until we were out in the sunlight. Inside the window was streaked, only part of the dash wiped, the pictures show only a part of what we found. I would prefer a refund because I surely will not use them again.

  What a beautiful day for a PDQ car wash.. or so I thought.
  Very friendly staff but unfortunately they did a completely inadequate job cleaning my vehicle. I have minimum expectations for an only $40 vacuum and cleaning, but feel there was little to no effort in providing me any of what I was paying for. Nothing inside looked cleaned, polished or vacuumed and the outside still had soap and dirt spots. I’ve been so satisfied in the past with my PDQ washes but will hesitate to visit them again because of the incredibly terrible service they provided today.

  I paid $77 for these, mat cleaning, armor all interior, wheel shine. This is unacceptable, so many spots missed, not vacuumed in many spots, the armor all person did just a brutal job! Shiny areas, non shiny areas, residue all over! Just lazy work! If you don’t like your job get a new one! Will never come again, tried to give PDQ another shot. Put my mats back in my car soaking wet! Once they dried they are still dirty! I don’t get it it’s literally your job to make my car look better! Waste of money! My five year old would’ve done better!

  Worst job EVER! Just left there. Dash, cup holders, and doors still are dirty, still have bug splatter on my mirrors, doesn’t even look like they vacuumed the back seat. $44 wasted. They use to be great! Guess I’ll be cleaning myself from now on.

  I purchased a membership here on 12/4/2021 took my truck through for the first time zero issues. Took my truck through the outside one a few times also zero issues. I bring my truck the Oneida st pdq on 12/26/2021 about 9:50 am told them I wanted front and rear floor liners washed also it’s like the only one they washed was drivers front. They never touched the rear floor liners. Look at both front wheels and they are scratched and gouged up bad. I called Garrett the manager about 5 -10 minutes after I left he tells me it did not happen there and he will call me when he gets time. Which was at 10:14 am it is now 4:11 pm. And still have not heard anything from him.

  Unfortunately this is the worst full service car wash I have ever received. This is my third managers special adding the floor mats and the tire shine. I thought I might have caught them on a bad day the first time. I chose a different location for the second wash. Still not great but slightly better than the first wash. I went to the Shawano location today – the worst yet.

  My windshield was not cleaned. It still had the wiper outline. They didn’t touch the running boards. The back of my car was cleaned with a dirty towel – dirt everywhere on the lift gate. The tire shine is nothing. It looks as though they didn’t touch them. They didn’t vacuum the cargo area in the back which is literally a 2 min job at most.

  I paid $48 for this wash. Any drive through gas station car wash would be equal or possibly better than PDQ. Unreal. I would not recommend.

  The other cars in front of me were still being worked on when the guy came and told me my car was ready. The windshield wasn’t cleaned, windows not cleaned, nothing was wiped down in my car it was the worst manager special I have ever experienced. I basically paid for nothing, I now have to go home and still clean it myself. I personally feel ripped off. And I never am one to leave reviews but it was so bad I felt I had to.

  Good experience. I went at the Shawano Avenue location. Got a Premium Exterior wash and then I myself did the car vacuuming from inside. Nice clean premises. Thank You.

  I would like say I never expect my car to be perfect but after $50 today and none of the interior even got wiped down. I’ll just get exterior washes only from here on out. What a waste of money.

  No attention to detail. My door frame at the bottom not wiped down. Poor vacuum job for the tiny part that needed it. They don’t wipe down floor mats. I wasn’t told at the beginning if you wanted that it was $2.50 per mat. The guy at the end told me. Nearly forgot my tire shine. I had to tell them. Still bugs on windshield and front of car. I expect more for a $40 car wash and I still left the end guys a $10 tip. I won’t be back. I hope this helps anyone who thinks you are going to get a quality job because you aren’t. 👎🏼👎🏼

  I paid for the most expensive clean $45 and I was severely disappointed… the inside of my car looked like it wasn’t cleaned in the tiniest bit. Like not even a little… I was surprised they scammed me like that.. I would never come here again. I completely wasted my money and time.

  I spent $13 on a car wash and it looks like my car wasn’t touched… in fact it looks worse than it did before I went. The windows now have a film on them. The back wasn’t even touched. The bugs and DIRT are still on my car. Terrible. I should get my money back.
