  We paid for the $25 carwash. It wasn’t even worth $5. The rims weren’t cleaned right and the customer service was ridiculous. The guy barely scrubbed the hood when we pulled up. There was no tire shine applied and there was still dirt on the truck. It was not happy with the carwash. Then we pulled over to vacuum and and there was no spray bottles. I walked up to the front and asked the worker for spray and he said they were all out since yesterday. No apology or anything. I will not be using this car wash again. It is ran down.

  Great wash! Smells phenomenally like mint. Vacuums work exceptionally well. Clean area, obviously well-maintained. Garbage storages emptied regularly. Complementary cleaning products and towels available were great. We’ll definitely be back.

  This place would be just OK if it were cleaner. I’ve got no idea why a car wash is as dirty as this one is. Also, there is no pre-bug wash to get the stuck on bugs off the front of your car.
  I have posted some pictures showing the accumulated dirt around the vacuum area and the caked on grease from the leaked oil from the vehicle sitting there. No matter what you do, you were going to walk through that mess and track it in your car the one that you just spent 10+ dollars and an hour of your time to clean I tried scraping my feet off on the concrete divider and made a mess. I took my shoes off before I got back in my car.

  Used to be the best car wash several years ago, but now the vacuums don’t work, the dryer at the end of the wash doesn’t work, and they don’t have spray to clean the inside of your car…a $10 rip off…Go to IWash in 84 instead!

  The employees were very professional , helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions and concerns . I was satisfied with how well my vehicle looked with just the first wash ! I went with the unlimited plan and got the whole package ! I was very satisfied just after the first wash ! I think it is a good deal for what all you get and you can go through it as many times as you want to !! The staff and management are very polite, Courteous, professional and helpful ! If you have any concerns or questions they are more than happy , willing and able to make sure that all concerns are addressed and they really go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer has a good and satisfactory visit !   Once upon a time used to be the best car wash in town with great customer service! Now it’s the worst! Haha you know it’s bad when the manager has to post his own 5 star review just to boost ratings and then reply to himself. Working at car washes across town now, I love hearing when old customers tell me how downhill this business went in customer service.

  First off, oddly busy for an early Sunday AM, so already aggravated – told the one guy working at the car wash entry, (was two), “have not washed my car in awhile can you hit the front quick {lots of bugs)” – he said, “the other guy will get it” – but all that ‘other guy’ did was spray the front area, with something that looked like Walmart Windex(?) – anyway, I did the first upgrade for the $12 price – should that not be enough for a once over with a brush? Secondly, after coming through the wash, of course my car looked far from perfect(after the speedy wash), so I drove around and parked – some dude taking up too much space in a pre-wash area. Walked over to the two guys and told him, “paid $12 – not enough to scrub the front like I asked?” – he said, it cost $16 – so “why did you not tell me before hand?” – I am local(temporarily) – not some buffoon tourist. Anyway – look I know that it is not some wonderful lucrative job(mainly young people), but good customer service is needed everywhere, but lacking immensely in this area. See a lot of great positive reviews, so looks like some people like it, or a lot of phony reviews – not sure which.

  blue water is awesome. I have the monthly subscription… for the price of one wash, I get about 6 washes a month. vacuum always ready. they have little air guns that get the water out from behind my mirrors, and the dust from piling on the dash and the vents.

  Staffing is always very kind & helpful. I’ve used this car wash for several years & they keep everything stocked even on the busiest of days. Everything is always in working order & I can be in & out without any delay. If you expect hard stuck on bugs to come off, use the bug prepping station; that’s why it’s there. If you skip it, don’t fuss that you didn’t get a hand washed car from a drive thru car wash!

  Took my wife vehicle there for a wash and every time we get the wash where you’re supposed to get tire shine. It doesn’t put it on the tires. The machine asks if you want to pay extra for the tire shine but if I’m paying $25 for a wash the tire shine should come with it. If you let the workers there know that you didn’t get it you have to go back through the wash just to get it put on your tires. Maybe the company will look into have a few bottles of tire shine out so if you pay for it you can just put it on yourself.

  So the $7.00 wash doesn’t even get the slightest bit of debri of a truck. Then when asked was told “well should if bought a better wash”………. great impression on a new customer who know has no plans of further patronizing your business. Glad I didn’t buy an unlimited monthly plan right outta the gate.

  I am about to cancel my membership due to the lack of upkeep at this location. Always so.etjing is broke and doesn’t work. There just isn’t sufficient upkeep on this location from ownership. You can never tell if you are actually getting what you pay for. Why do I spend $54 dollars a month and no care. It is not the staff as they are usually very nice.
