  Actual car wash did basic job, lots of stuff still on car. Like the vacuum, great suction, and I like that they give you a wipe and scent hang for your car. Wasn’t crowded when I went. Took my time and it works. I’ll be returning!

  The first time I used this car wash, there were 2 people working. My mirrors were automatically turned in, and the entire front end was reasonably scrubbed by 2 people. I was talked into a club membership. The second time , only 1 person was working, so only half my front end was scrubbed, mirrors not turned in, nice big scratch on the back of one of them. Car did not even look clean.
  I found an employee outside, and asked about the mirrors, and why only partial front end scrubbing.
  I was told if only 1 person on duty, all they are required to clean is 1 half of the front end. They are NOT required to turn in the mirrors, so they don’t. I also discovered that they auto billed me for the last 3 months for the wash club, which I NEVER authorized. I have left a voice mail, and called 2 other times, with no answer. This carwash was useless to me. Don’t waste your money

  Awesome experience today! The best I’ve had at any car wash, and I use Goo-Goo often. The gentleman was friendly, helpful and had a sense of humor. Keep up the great work!

  Love going here. The staff is friendly and courteous and always addresses my needs for my vehicle. It’s also quick and convenient and the free vacuum is a plus sucks up better than the ones you pay for!!!!! Management stays on top of things. Thanks for all you guys do!!!!

  It maybe cold 🥶 outside here in Columbus, GA but GooGoo Car Wash 🧼 is running like a well oiled machine. I opted for the hand-wax interior detail because it’s been forever since I had this vehicle cleaned. Well worth the $$. Customer service is top notch, friendly, quick, & efficient. I especially enjoy the hallway with windows looking into the mechanical wash & dry part which is an excellent little show for kids that are learning about simple machines and physics in science and math classes.
  This location in particular has full service and interior detail cleaning options all very well priced. Door-to-door is about a half hour and the waiting area is comfy, clean, & quiet for checking up on socials, emails, etc.
  My particular meticulous attention to occasional missed dust behind the rear view mirror etc. was put at ease upon inspection. Not a spot or smudge I could find anywhere. Need I say more?

  Beware of a petty thief among this establishment; both customer service representatives were rude and nonchalant.

  I have previously had spare change stolen from my vehicle and most recently I had an air fresheners stolen along with the 2 filters.

  The one on Manchester is the best Goo-Goo to go to. They do t just wipe down your car quickly on the inside, but detail it. Well worth the 30 bucks. Nice to leave a tip too!

  Gave it a try and was very disappointed. I bought the $54 package thinking it would be the best option. My truck pretty much looked the same just wiped off quickly with the cleaner smeared unevenly. . Not at all what I would of expected. No real effort.

  This used to be the best car wash on this end of town. It’s still pretty good, even though it’s currently closed to update it and make repairs. The wash was good but normally the car didn’t get completely clean. The staff did a good job of scrubbing the front before you enter the wash. It was kind of a nightmare to get into because the space was limited at the machines and it would get backed up. Also they aren’t open on Sunday. That’s why a lot of people use Rich’s now.

  This was my first visit to Tidal Wave Auto Spa on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The process was quick and easy.
  The young man who initially met me at the gate was extremely helpful and polite.
  In fact, everyone was very nice.
  I live in the country on a mile long dusty road.
  The wash was thorough and the vacuums were powerful enough for my dirt filled carpets.

  Have a monthly membership love it… Great staff very friendly and helpful, of course the kids love it. Fun fact i just learned: Turn your a/c return off and you get a fragrance pumped in your car so nice… it’s temporary smell but nice!

  TERRIBLE CAR WASH! DO NOTGO! I pulled into the carwash ready to by a monthly subscription with this company and was turned away due to my car being “too dirty”. Yes I know that my vehicle is dirty, that’s why I went to the car wash… to get it clean. They told me that if I went somewhere else and washed some of the dirt off, then they would clean it. (you can’t make this stuff up) So problem solved, I took my money and vehicle to Goo Goo down the street.
