  I was excited when the car wash reopened after getting upgrades to their drive through washing equipment. I have a monthly pass and was happy to be able to go back to my regular location. The first time through the “new wash” my 2 door Jeep Wrangler suffered some very unfortunate damage!! The car wash seemed to be moving a little too fast, and somewhat out of control, while we were being pulled through and as a result the brushes tore off my antenna and the housing for it and it literally shattered the back passenger window! The attendants had to stop the machines and have me drive through without finishing the wash. To say that I was devastated, would be putting it mildly. Once parked in the vacuum bay, one of the workers/supervisors, Clay, came out to speak with me and my husband and to file an incident report. Clay is the absolute nicest young man and was extremely helpful, caring and professional through the process even though it was evident that the poor kid was a little stressed and concerned about what had happened.
  I received a call two days later from the manager of the location, Alex. The very first thing that he asked me when he called was weather or not everyone that was in the Jeep that day was doing ok and if anyone was injured. That, in and of itself, showed impeccable customer service! He then advised me that it was clear to see on their surveillance cameras that the wash was way too aggressive and was absolutely at fault for the damages to my vehicle. He proceeded to let me know that the company would take care of any and all costs of the repairs at the body shop of my choosing. The only delay in getting the repairs was that the body shop was a busy place and had to schedule me a couple of weeks out. As the repairs were completed, Alex worked directly with the body shop regarding payment and I had not one out of pocket cost.
  This was an unfortunate mishap that I don’t believe is a common occurrence and yet both Clay and Alex handled everything with the utmost respect, care and courtesy and they also ensured that everything was done quickly and correctly!
  I have since “Breezed Thru” the wash at least weekly if not more often and have had absolutely no further problems. Every time either Clay or Alex are there when I drive thru they take the time to say hello and see how everything is going and I love being considered a “regular”! I HIGHLY recommend this car wash and will be a customer for life!

  Love the staff and how friendly they are watching me drive my huge truck through lol. The car wash compared to others has its faults definitely wish the dryers were longer and didn’t have to scrub to avoid water spots as much the vacuums are excellent they’ll pick almost anything up even your ponytail 🤣 I love that with the membership you can goad much as you want I wish it was only a small fee to add multiple cars but what can you do I always appreciate the complimentary scents and wipes for your interior, really great customer service all and all.

  If I could do negative stars I absolutely would. I have tried multiple times to give this car wash a chance and every time I go through there washes I get damage on my car. And every time I try to file a claim through them they say there is no evidence of damage being caused no matter how much I fight it. Absolutely horrid business I’ve never had such incompetent customer service from this business. Lawyer here we come

  Not terribly priced, but definitely more than it’s worth. The wash does just an okay job. It really won’t clean off bugs or tough dirt. It is a pretty tight fit in the car wash for a Ram 1500. I made it, but it was close. The vacuums work, but they have terrible suction and really won’t clean the inside that great either. Lots of better car washes out there.

  Has a special you can join, $15 a month for unlimited car washes. I was in Cheyenne, so I stopped, even though I live in Colorado, my membership worked.

  Terrible wash today, I changed nothing in my wash requests but was charged $50 more then usual, they splattered acid on my right fuel tank, doesn’t appear they used any citrus on my tractor or brushed anything. When I washed for BB in salina, Terry would never have allowed this truck out of the wash bay, Terry was also overseeing both bays, teaching and helping scrub stacks not auditioning for dancing with the stars in the hallway like the on duty manager this morning. I’ve had great washes here b4 but has always been 2nd shift, morning shift definitely lived up to the streaken beacon term.

  Stopped to get a pickup and fifth wheel camper washed. There were a couple of trucks in front of us but that wait wasn’t long for the wash.
  Friendly staff.
  Took a while to pay, not sure why that process was so slow.
  Happy with the wash, well worth not washing it ourselves!!

  truck wash They charge you and try to put more additional things on you. And they don’t do the job well. And if you complain, they tell you it’s supposed to stay that way. even when they violated the rights of truckers. You are paying for a service. They don’t do it for free…

  I have been to several Blue Beacon locations, though this location is the best I have found amongst all the other locations.
  The customer service was top of the line. The cleaning staff provided an efficient, thorough and amazing service.
  Like all the other locations, this location was busy too, but the staff were handling the lineup competently.

  I have been a customer for 1 year, and their Cheyenne, WY, East Pershing store always leaves soap on the back window of my car, making have to wash the car twice every time.

  Therefore currently they are denying to adjust their cleaning system to remove the soap from my back window.

  That doesn’t make sense. If you go to a car wash, the minimum is that they remove the soap they put on a car.

  The wash itself is fine. I think it take dumb they won’t let us have the dash wipes we need. I have an unlimited pass so they’re just wasting their own money and resources making me go through the wash more often just to get an extra dash wipe.

  Their employees directed my car into a high curb in front and rear. They denied liability caused 3-4K dollars in damage. Horrible company and if you people are smart you’d realize their car wash hurts you paint. Just look at this swirls in the paint.
