  I want to say that the manager Bill did an outstanding job with handling an unforeseen situation. He took the time and heard me out, looked into what went wrong, and he made it right with great customer service. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his customers, and he not only owned up to the accidental mistake that was made by an employee, but he also replaced the part needed instead of writing it off and saying too bad not my problem.They paid for the part that needed replacing and refunded me for my oil change, which was above and beyond. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, so thank you Bill for caring about your customers like you do! He made a bad situation right – and that is my reason for this review to be 5 stars.

  These guys were great! They helped me as I was passing through the area as I was headed to Washington State. I had an issue that they helped me with and they’re very quick and personable. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone.

  I am not sure if I would come here again. I drove up to the garage and I was not even greeted in the slightest sense. The first thing that came out of the employee’s mouth was “If you don’t have a dip stick in your car, we can’t work on it.” He didn’t even ask me what service I needed. He just jumped to conclusions. It was very rude. Also, every time I go there they tell me the same thing. They put so much emphasis on this dip stick… I might just go try out another place… I would rather pay more for the experience than rude customer service.

  Other than that, the prices are great. Employees seem a little out of touch on what they need to be doing in the workplace.

  I stopped in on a trip from NY to Washington and Serena was Key in helping me have a successful day! Thanks to her getting the correct Fuel Filter for my Ram 3500 truck, I made it to my destination without further incident.
