Went here to clean my Jetta Sportwagon from the trip from Seattle. Everything worked as it should, water was heated. I’ve never understood the order of all self serve carwashes have to offer, so I asked the gentleman that worked there, told me all about it. Was very happy with what they had to offer

We’re visiting Montana from Fort Worth, TX for a few weeks on a work project. This place is the best laundry mat I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly & helpful. There’s a wash sink, plenty of folding tables & machines. Id give 5 stars but the largest dryer left lint & hair all over my clothes & burnt my favorite beanie. I had to trash the beanie, but other than that it’s been a pleasant experience to do laundry. I love the dog wash, car wash set up too. If I lived here I’d definitely use this place often for my dogs & drop off my big items for full service. Very nice setup. I’d also be interested a franchise opportunity.

I drop off my laundry each week for wash and fold. Every single staff member is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and makes me feel welcome, every single time. They do a fantastic job, consistently, and for the best price in town. I highly recommend Duds N Suds, whether you’re doing your own, dropping off, or working with them as a business. I really appreciate the great service and the people and atmosphere make me feel right at home. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Duds N Suds for years now and it only gets better. They have a neat card system now and the young lady was very helpful showing us how everything works. Dog wash is cheap for 30 minutes. They also have a great self car wash station.

5 stars doesnt accurately represent just how much i enjoyed doing laundry for here.

Very nice and clean place with loads of washers of various sizes, and only 1 was out of order which is far better than any other laundromat I’ve been to. They also have a couple driers with a “no heat” option which is something I rarely come across but often have the need for. The reloadable card system is amazing especially because you can cash out whatever you don’t use if you dont plan on coming back, which no other laundromat Ive been to has had the option of. And the prices were better than previous laundromats I’ve used. The staff is absolutely delightful, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back any time I need to. I can honestly say I actually didnt mind doing laundry for once because this laundromat far surpassed my previous experiences (even at home!) and exceeded any expectations and hopes I had.

Let me start by saying that I have had mostly positive experiences with Scrubbys – in general the employees are friendly and courteous, the owner’s son – Chad – is great, and they usually do a good job of washing a car. I have had a couple of bigger problems there which Chad quickly and professionally resolved. The first was that they blew the paint off the bumper of my wife’s new SUV, and the second was them putting someone else’s floor mat in my new truck while putting my new floor mat into another person’s vehicle. For the paint Chad had me get a few estimates, then took care of the cost to repair the paint on my wife’s Grand Cherokee; when the mats got switched Chad had Big Sky Toppers (where I bought the mats) order another set (they only come as a pair), and only asked me to drop off the one that wasn’t needed.
The small problems I have had have been with the car wash not getting my Jeep Rubicon clean, particularly the black plastic fenders and rear bumper. Today I took my Jeep through the car wash and asked that they make sure to focus on the rear bumper. The guy taking my payment said “No problem” and made a note on my windshield pointing it out. I could tell that the guys in the wash didn’t hit the bumper well so I opened my window and asked that they do so, to which I got a nod. When I got home I saw that it was actually very dirty still, but didn’t have the time to go back and point it out (which I have done before). Attached are photos to show what I mean (the water drop on it is from the car wash). When this happens at Scrubbys I usually just go to the do-it-yourself car wash at 19th and Springhill Road and re-clean the bumper and fenders.
This time I decided to call and let Scrubbys know that it had happened again, but no one picked up the phone. Then I decided to email them to let them know what had happened, and this is where it gets weird. About an hour after I sent an email explaining that my vehicle came out dirty even though I had pointed out in advance to pay attention to the rear bumper, I got a call on my cell from a woman that identified herself as the owner of Scrubbys. She told me that she was going to reimburse me the cost of my wash and the tip I’d left, emphasizing she would have to ask the employees to give the tip money back to her. Then she told me to never come to her car wash again. From there she proceeded to say that they have bent over backwards to make me happy and I have been nothing but trouble to them, and have in particular treated her son terribly, and something to the effect of ‘how dare I do that to a young man that has lost his father’. I was shocked by the accusations, particularly in regards to Chad, as I have never been anything but polite to him, and he the same to me. But this woman was awful. She just doesn’t listen. She told me that she has a dozen cameras in the car wash and had reviewed the washing of my Jeep, and that my bumper was perfectly clean when it left, and that if they had pressure washed it any harder the paint would have come off it like it had before (the paint was pressure washed off of our Grand Cherokee, not this vehicle). The problem with her comment is that my Jeep’s rear bumper and fenders are black plastic – there is no paint to damage the on them. I tried to tell her that there are stripes of dirt still on them but she wouldn’t listen, talking over me and again accusing me of treating her son terribly, then reiterated that I was to never visit her car wash again, and then hung up on me while I was still talking.
So, the reasons for the one star rating are: my vehicle didn’t get cleaned after making multiple requests to pay attention to where it was dirty; that this has happened multiple times; and epecially the rude and unprofessional way the business owner conducted herself on the phone. A good business owner would ask to see evidence of what is occurring, and then take steps to fix the problem instead of attacking a customer for pointing out where they had let the customer down.

Best car wash in town, hands down. Way better than the new one out on north 19th. Not fancy but they do a great job!

My car jambs were still dirty, the roof was still coated in silty dust, the auto-mover took a chunk out of my rim, and the area is so tiny that I didn’t know you had to do the vacuums first and couldn’t exit without going through the wash line.

I was just trying to see if it was a touch-free or a roller-beater auto wash but it turned out to be a people/power washer wash. $13 and I still had to clean my car myself when I got home… Good thing I didn’t take my nice car there.

Entrance and vacuum area is far too small and hard to navigate. It gets congested badly to the point your waiting on the street. The people who dry at the end were mean mugging the whole time and definitely did not look happy to be there. Pretty sure the used dry towels too, big no no. Only using water pressure my truck was left still silty, it’s a wash that’s best for mainly clean vehicles.

Best car wash! Not kidding. These guys knock it out of the park! I love them so much, I bought a subscription! Yep, unlimited washes! I love the free vacuums and detailing supplies and the wash – second to none. Thanks, Scrubby’s!!!

New to the area. After six months my dog Oliver was overdo for a wash! I brought my car to Scrubby’s and noticed there is a Scrub Paw dog wash and decided to bring my pup in. The water was warm and the soap smelled so good! The room is also warm to keep your pup comfortable. They provide a flea treatment along with the soap to keep your best friend flea free! Oliver came out with soft, good smelling fur! Not to mention, it is the most reasonable price in town for a dog wash. I will be coming back time and again to wash my car, and to pamper my dog!

We go here to get our autos washed, and also our dog! We’ve always loved Scrubby’s for their car wash – they provide a high quality wash staffed with friendly folks! Recently Scrubby’s had a dog wash installed. It’s absolutely the best in town! And much more convenient than washing our pup at home in the tub. Our dog comes out with soft fur, and smelling so good! He also gets a flea treatment while he’s there. All for a very reasonable price. We will continue bringing both our dog and our autos here, every time they need a bath!

Go here if you truly want your car clean. Only one I have found in Bozeman that actually gets my car fully clean!

Just paid $15 for the allegedly best service they had to offer in the automatic car wash and the machine either broke or scrubbed just ripped me off. I got about 1 minute of their car wash before they started the dryer and sign said to exit. I will NOT be returning here. Their service gets worse every time. There is still dirt all over my truck and I’m absolutely disappointed. Please refund my money, this is ridiculous

Great little car wash, well taken care of. I had issue with my sprayer not working after I put in the $2.50, plus 2 extra quarters just in case. I called the posted number and a very nice guy came by 5 minutes later. This is how it should be, how issues should be handled. Definitely recommend this service location.
