  I went to the car wash on 2.20.23. I will never return. I have been a customer of this business for years. I have gotten car washes and oil changes. To my surprise it had been purchased and had a name change to LUV car wash formerly Hi-Speed Car wash.
  The prices are now double. There is no longer a $ 4 basic wash it is $8 and the $7 dollar wash for tires is now $14. 2/3 of the vacuums did not work. I was very disappointed and will NEVER patronize it again. I met another customer in the prep area who had returned once since the change. And he agreed with me. Whoever is responding to reviews over 6 months ago as LUV car wash, 6 months ago there was no signage or price increases for LUV at this business. All of those reviews are for the previous business Hi-Speed Car Wash that no longer exists at this location. It is a shame that this business is gone. I drove from downtown Atlanta to patronize them and brought many customers.

  Hi-speed in deed! There are multiple wash options with their highest package costing $12 and you get more than that out of it. Usually more than enough free vacuums, I don’t think I’ve ever waited to use them. The pre-wash area is also convenient if there’s a particular area you want to touch up before you go through the wash. It can bring your dirty car back to life or help you maintain a nice shine; I recommend.

  Do not go here. Brought my wife here to be able to wash her car and left with a ton of scratches left all over her car that we’re not there before. I’m attaching photos showing the scratches that their equipment left. It’s going to cost more to get those scratches fixed than the $12 spent on the package that they didn’t even give us because the car is still dirty. We will not be coming back here and I will be in contact to have them help pay for the damage. Again Do Not Come Here!!

  Really inexpensive drive through carwash. $12 last I went, when others are charging double. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but reasonable enough to run through once a week and not break the bank.

  It’s already been said, but I’ll say it again: the new (very corporate) owners have ruined a good thing. Prior to Luv’s unwelcomed arrival, you could get a basic car wash and access to their vacuum for $4. The price is now $8. And someone will come on here and say they have additional services with every wash (i.e. air freshener, access to our mat cleaners, towels, glass cleaner), but NONE of this was even offered to me while I was there. And even if it was, it doesn’t take away from the fact that this is a clear money grab by Luuuuv. They offer these “additional services” because you know most people won’t use them and it costs them next to nothing to provide. You want to make it worth my while? Have one of your people clean my glass and vacuum my car as part of your new 100% markup. Until then, I’ll wash my dang car at home.

  This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. There are separate car wash entrances for detailing or exterior only. I chose the exterior only and two employees wiped my windshield and tires pre-wash and dried my entire car by hand post-wash. There are free vacuums involved. It was definitely a valuable car wash, which makes me want to dry the full detail later on.

  The am very pleased with my experience here. Chris is always very professional and friendly. He does a wonderful job on my car. Alexis was very polite and welcoming when I came in the door. She made me the best latte while I waited on my car to be cleaned. This place is highly recommended I will definitely return!

  This has to be one of the best car washes ever. The customer service is amazing and goes over and beyond to make me feel like special. Walking into this establishment is like walking into a warm family ran business. Nothing but good vibes, a cafe, and great energy from my favorite cashiers Jaz, Lexi, and T. But that’s just inside, when you step outside you are always taken care of with someone making sure your car is handled correctly, especially by my boy Chris, Trey, and Donna. Definitely a car wash worth coming to and getting an Unlimited Wash Membership from.

  One of the worst washes I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the wash poor, but the price was high. That’s a double negative that results in me never returning. Unfortunately, I recorded video clips instead of taking pics. These two pics don’t do much justice to capturing the low quality cleaning, but I’m unable to upload my videos to the review.

  I paid $24 with “extras”. It also smelled horrible at the car wash. I’m still unsure what exactly was going on, but I could hardly breathe it smelled so bad out there. An overall terrible experience.

  The vacuums are good, nice room to put you car and clean it out, the options are good and there’s someone helping you with that once you get there. The scrub down before going into the machine consisted of 1 wipe to the windshield, 1 wipe to the front of the car and they called it a day bc they were eager to get me on the track ASAP.

  The wash was fine, my car was still dirty on the outside even after going through once. I told the manager and she said to go back through and tell them to scrub so I did. The scrubber person gave me 3 WIPES now. I asked for the top to be scrubbed bc you could still dirt and the truck of my car. The scrubber again was eager to stick me on the track and let me be on my merry way rather than scrub spots that were missed vegore going in.

  It’s an okay deal for the cheapest wash (even then won’t be fully clean outside) and the more expensive it gets (like tire shine) won’t really do anything to the tires.

  Photos show dirt layer, was hard to get good angle.

  Better if you get cheap wash and buy stuff to put on yourself.

  Although I’m a member at “Ultra car wash our membership includes unlimited pass at “Swifty Car wash”. When in the city I stop by this location. During my recent visit there was an issue with my sticker. However the attended quickly resolved the issue and handle with Great customer service. Thanks

  The vacuums aren’t very strong. Tires weren’t cleaned well. Still had bugs on the front of my car. There was no attempt to scrub the front before entering they wash. You’d think that they’d do a better job when you pay for the highest wash available, but you’d be wrong.
