  Would expect their equipment to be maintained better than it is for a large chain. Vacuums that are available are almost useless and parts of the actual car wash wouldn’t work properly leaving soap on the car upon exit. Seems they push them through too fast so I wasn’t too upset when my previous membership was terminated without notice. Customer service is basically nonexistent.

  Dwayne is awesome! He is always smiling which brings people back because nobody likes to come back to a business where the employees clearly look like they don’t want to be at their job. Dwayne always makes you fill welcome. Unfortunately Zips has lost a lot of great employees over the years. I have been spending money 10+ years in the business. I was there before it was even Zips and I have seen really good employees come and go. I hope the company starts hiring good people because it’s definitely not like it used to be. I hope Dwayne stays for a while🤗

  Nice they have everything you need to clean your car as part of the price. Vacuum, cleaners, towels, mat cleaner station and a blower to get stuff out of crevices. Was able to get my car looking new again. Need “new car” spray to make it smell new!

  I love this car wash. I have the monthly unlimited subscription. They generally are not busy. I can get in and out of there within a few minutes. Always does a good job of cleaning my car. 95% of the time all of the parts are working in the car wash. If anything is broken it is usually fixed within a day.

  This Zips location is my favorite car wash in the area by far. Their wash does a great job cleaning the vehicle’s exterior, their vacuums are super powerful because the employees here do a great job keeping them clear, and everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Dwayne for always providing outstanding service and for always being so kind! You can’t miss him when you see him because he’s always got a big ‘ole smile on his face. Thank you Zips!

  I have had a Zips membership for a couple of years now, and unfortunately I becoming less and less impressed. The place looks nice, but the machinery fails frequently. On my visit today, there were lines in both lanes as the kiosks malfunctioned. Then I was stuck in the tunnel for several minutes when the wash shut down. I went to vacuum my vehicle & the vacuum on one side worked well while the one on the other side had very little suction. The membership is starting to lose its value for me. I hope that Zips will start maintaining their washes better soon.

  No a great experience. Took way too long to get through the pay system. Cars backed up just waiting on the system to let them through. No one was there to help or explain that not 1 single vacuum was working at that time (I would have left had I known prior to paying $20 for a car wash) Used towels laying all over the ground and no one there even attempting to pick up. Place has gone way down hill since it first opened. Better/less expensive options in the area now.

  Today I ran my vehicle through the wash and the back of it didn`t get washed. Then when I went to use the vacuums several were not functioning. I eventually found one with a little suction so I used that and vacuumed as best I could. This car wash used to be pretty good before it was Zips. Now its terrible and I won`t go back
  I looked over some of the other google reviews from the last few months and they all say the same thing…the vacuums are broken. The owner replies to all of them that he is sorry that they had a bad experience but apparently not sorry enough to fix the problem

  Would be a great place for a Car Wash. More focus is on selling monthly subscriptions (usually by someone that looks like they are homeless and majority of folks are waving them away before rolling the window down) than …cleaning out the clogged vacuums or having towels to wipe down your car. When you aren’t provided a BS excuse about homeless stealing towels you are given damp towels. The parking lot is always littered with trash from the previous day. Unlike any other location labeled as ZIPS. Pretty pathetic. One car wash a month at working facility is a better value than 5 a month from this place.

  I’ve had an awful experience with Zips – I went through the car wash and it ripped my bumper off. Corporate has been silent in regards to paying for the damage.
  The manager was nice enough, and even joked as he was spraying my car going in that “don’t worry, it’s so powerful your car will get clean” – well, took my bumber clear off. And now I have a $900+ expense to keep my sounding like a jet engine is inside. That’s an expensive car wash! The lack of response has caused more damage over time. They have the money to help fix the mistake, but are ignoring me instead. I’ve never ever written a bad review but they deserve it, imo….

  Not sure if the wash is poorly calibrated or what, but this car wash did not clean our 2016 RAV4. We got a standard car wash and could tell while we were going through that the wash was missing whole sections of the car—particularly the passenger side. When we arrived at our destination later and gave the car a look, it was obvious that it had missed much more than what we thought. The hood was hardly clean and the back was still largely dirty (see photos). I wouldn’t recommend this wash to anyone. Lots of other places in town that do a decent job.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The employees offer to help you when paying or selecting services and they signed me up for a membership I did not ask for. Then continued charging me 35$ a month and if you want to cancel it’s so annoying and a lot of back and forth emails. Pay yourself if you’re going to use this place but you’re better off somewhere else. The car wash ripped off my back fender and the vacuums always suck. Negative 5 stars if I could.

  After going to two other zips washes I can definitely say this was the best out of the three, Nick and Jami were super welcoming and helpful at the payment awning. Also had a great experience going on through the wash itself, way better than autobell or anything else I’ve tried. Super satisfied with my customer experience.
