  Go there and it looks like a run down car wash..Trash is everywhere… disconnected hoses laying around. The connected ones hardly do anything…I asked one the workers ( who btw , was on the phone with ear buds on…had to wave at him)..Told him bout a vacuum that wasn’t working properly..He said he couldn’t look at it and went back on his phone…smdh…Place is run down…Time to go to Papa Bears…?

  Always where I go to get my car cleaned when in town. I do wish car places like this would figure out a way to clean a hatchback. It NEVER gets cleaned in the back. This place offers free vacuuming (you do it), as well as cleaning solutions and rags to finish the outside and interior. The vacuums are strong and do a great job. It’s just a clean place.

  Dylan and the crew help me during my visit at the facility. I would like to say each and every one of them was very helpful from the start of pulling up and selecting the wash until leaving the facility. The facility seems as better maintenance has been completed on the equipment because I don’t have to do as much work wiping the car down after running it through the car wash.

  I go weekly bc I have the monthly membership and you can always tell a difference when Dylan and Frederick are there! They are so sweet and actually take the time to help you! When they do the pre-wash, they make sure they get all the hard to reach spots that the drive-through machine doesn’t cover and they keep the towels and bottles full!! & I appreciate how they walk around to make sure you don’t need anything at the vacuums and they’re not clogged!

  I have a membership and the last 4 times I’ve been they were closed. I understand the rain but it wasn’t raining.Twice they closed 30 minutes early. I’m actually here now and the girl working is very rude and looks like she hates her job. My son is a manager at papa bears but I chose to come to zips but seriously thinking about changing because I have only been able to wash 2 times lately and I usually wash about 2-3 times weekly. Very disappointed.

  Fantastic car wash experience all the way around. Very quick and efficient, friendly & attentive staff (for the most part anyway). Vacuums are amazing, & even more so I appreciate the towels and cleaner for the interior!!! Never been to a car wash that offers this, I love it! I was just thinking the last time I was there, it would be great to have some place I could wash my floormats…and apparently you have a station for this? The only minor complaint I have is The uneven shine job on the tires…. It seems to get a couple of them really well and the others not at all. On my boyfriend’s truck all the tires seem to be equally splotched

  After our first wash I noticed our ranch truck had some horse hay & dirt stuck in the back gate. I spoke to Nick & he took such great care to make sure we left with our truck looking great. We really appreciated his positive can-do attitude & service with a great smile. We will definitely be coming back. Great service goes a long way with us. Thank you Zips!

  Former detailer who has found it very difficult to find places with an air compressor for detailing purposes. I was excited when I found out that zips had one. Online it says they have free vacuums so I assumed this meant I could pull up to service myself with no problem as this is typically how other businesses categorize the same service. Upon driving 11 miles I then enter the lot where immediately I see that I have to pay a minimum of $10 to utilize the free service I got the most basic wash and I gotta say.. a three-year-old would pay more attention to detail. They would also provide a better wash.

  Great service. Nick was very helpful when the pay kiosk wasn’t working properly. He was very courteous. The wash was good and they always have fresh towels. Zip’s on Greenville street is a top notch car wash.

  This car wash is older compared to other car washes in the area but the closest to my home. The wash is okay but the staff they have are the rudest people I have ever dealt with…..for this reason I will never patronize this business again. I would rather drive a few minutes more and be greeted with a friendly staff and be told that my business is appreciated.

  They do an adequate job spot cleaning, but for the price of $30 that is pretty much what you’d expect. It definitely doesn’t replace the need for a true deep clean, but it’s nice if you are just wanting your car cleaner than it was. The staff isn’t overly friendly. No one talks to you they just get straight to work, but by doing so it only take a few minutes for your car to be ready. Over all I would say it’s worth the price and will visit again. My only suggestion would be to have the gate keeper ask if you had been there before or not. For first time guests a quick explanation (pull up to where it says enter, leave keys in the cup holder, go inside, they’ll beep the horn when it’s ready) would be nice.

  I use this car wash because our company has an account with it to wash our work trucks. Before I went I even pre-washed my truck since it was dusty. This was a complete waste of money going here. They didn’t even wipe down the dash, the door panels for a $29.00 wash. For what this one car wash cost I can get a month worth of washes at one of the new places. Definitely don’t recommend!! Go to Zip’s or Papa Bear and save a bunch of money!!

  Perx Car Wash, located on East Greenville Street in Anderson, South Carolina gets a middle of the road review from this reviewer. I have used them several times, mainly because of the lack of other choices. The do an adequate job. But not very thorough. I expect my car to be completely cleaned, with some level of detail when I pay $20 plus for it. They do have a nice lobby area, with ample seating while you wait, both inside and out!

  I’ve gone to this place twice & purchased a full service wash & every time I am impressed with how well they do with my vehicles, especially being an owner to a long hair German shepherd. They lady at checkout is so sweet & always has heart felt conversation. Definitely worth the travel to get service here.
