I purchase 90% of my parts at O’Reilly’s. I work on many cars and trucks, somtimes I think more than when I wasn’t retired. O’Reilly’s sells very good quality name brand parts and supplies. They have professional people to help with any questions and they are always most friendly. They take care of any automotive servicing part needs that I have, except dealer only parts. They can order most special parts over night and their prices are extremely competitive. On top of that they will price match any other competitor. I have delt with O’Reilly’s for over 20 years, they back what they sell 100%.

2 months agoWould leave 0 if i could. I went in to get an air filter. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes almost listening to what i assume is the manager or assistant manager and a young blonde lady smack talking about people. Very unprofessional. Then, i went to go look again because i got tired of waiting to see if they had another brand on the shelf so i could get out of the store. They did not. I went back to the counter and waited another 10 ish minutes while they were still talking. When she finally decided to help me, the man whispered something in her ear and pointed at me, then they laughed. The girl that was helping me was really rude and glaring me down. She didn’t know what she was looking for even despite me telling her the part number. Didn’t get a name because her hair was covering her name tag. Poor service, this place has gone very downhill since January. Amazing service!3 months agoI was buying a filter, it was good service, the only complaint I have was the girl that waited on me, was not personable at all, had a very dry sence of humor, and didn’t seem to care if I was there or not, but they did have what I needed! My opinion of course!

Worst experience here ever. Used to have friendly, helpful staff. 1. I asked for a battery connector. Young lady at counter said she didn’t know what that was, never seen one before. I wasn’t mad about that. It was that she made 0 effort to look for one either on the computer or in store. That’s all she said! 2. Guy behind me ask for a light that they didn’t have. No big deal. But they didn’t look it up in the computer didn’t offer to buy him one didn’t even look it up at another store. They did give him directions to AutoZone though. So sad it’s hilarious. I won’t be back
I have a really nice story with this place. I took my car for service at Toyota Fort Wayne early today, after 2 hours waiting for tire rotation and inspection I left. When I was walking back to my car after lunch, I noticed a metal lead hanging underneath the engine. The oil protective lead had just one loose screw and not the other one. I went back to Toyota at 3:20 pm but they usually close at 3 on Saturdays, one of the employees told me to come on Monday at 7:00 am, of course is not easy do that on week days so I decided to solve this by myself. I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and I found a lady and a gentleman (David I think so from the receipt) and they kindly helped me to find the right screw, gave me a couple of options to prove until he found the right one, then I borrowed from him a wrench to finally solve the issue. It is not easy to find people who serve the customers in this way these days. 5 stars for them and 1 star for Toyota Fort Wayne.

You can’t find a part – no problem – the will try their best to help you – thumbs up to the employees – Great customer service – my favorite place to buy parts
Times Corner’s is a good one. I dropped my front brake rotors off to get resurfaced and they must’ve gotten misplaced. So they sold me brand new rotors for the price of the resurfacing on the old ones. Good dudes that work there !!
They had what I needed at a reasonable price point.
