a month agoNever had issues with this store. My favorite neighborhood part store9 months agoI came in for wiper blades. Larry was very knowledgeable and honest about the product. He even went above and beyond and installed them in the rain.2 years agoFast and Reliable that is what we need and really dependable when it comes to the last minute of we need Parts ASAP they Deliver Big or Small. Ms. Judy always keeps up and never Fails to deliver on time! This Guys works hard and we really appreciate it.Thank You!😊a year agoNeed a cell phone car charger and should of come here first. Sadly, I visited gas station & drugstore first. Had I visited O’Reilly first it would have only taken me a few minutes instead of 20. Service was quick & friendly.3 years agoI came in today at 7:50 a.m. to buy a simple bolt , when I arrived I went to the front desk and I was asked to wait one moment. I was the only customer in the store but I did not mind waiting a bit considering that they had just opened not too long ago. I proceeded to waiting as after 5 minutes the 2nd worker asked me if I’ve already been helped and I explain to her what the previous worker had told me to wait a moment and he will get back to me. After time pass by all that I noticed them doing was being on their phone and talking about there schedule for this week to be fair it is possible that the 1st worker was on his phone looking for a product but as for the 2nd worker I realized that she must have just been kicking back because after half an hour of me waiting in the store alone another customer showed up and she instantly went to help from frustrated with having waited half an hour for no reason I decided to leave. I’ve came here before never had an issue but the complete lack of carelessness of them being on the clock and having me waist half an hour of my time for no reason put me over the edge. O’Reilly can choose to take this advice or not but this experience surely made my decision to just go down to a different shop a lot easier and by all means take a look at the footage of the front desk and will see I patiently waited ten got passed up by a new customer who was helped immediately

a year agoSaved me when i had a crazy car breakdown in Hayward. The caring, knowledgeable, supportive staff are really outstanding. I am especially thankful to Jesus, who did amazing problem-solving with me over a complex breakdown and helped me find all the right stuff while cheering me up a lot with his friendly & professional manner. Everything worked out perfectly (with lots of stories to tell for sure, lol, but perfectly). The exterior is shady, which is a big plus for an auto parts store. When you walk out of a parts store into bright sun, it can be subtly exhausting, adding to the stress of a broken vehicle. The shade here is appreciated. Selection at all auto parts stores seems to be a bit on the low side right now. That seems to be true everywhere. All in all I rate this location very highly, due to its overall vibe and awesome staff!!! He was short with his responses and very rude which I’m not understanding why when the phone call only lasted 55 seconds and I just needed assistance with a car battery smha week agoI did not get any service but i called for a quote they had the highest price in the area versus the other places i called, always price check.3 months agoGood place except when you order a part from another store. The girl that was helping me found it. And this man worked there. LOL!! I also responded to him, saying. I know they make it Because that’s what’s in my car right now. But all & all.
