6 months agoI had the best experience at this O’Reilly! Sandra worked really hard to find the battery I needed. She was so helpful. Batteries are installed and good to go.2 years agoThe manager lied about charging my battery. She seemed unsure, then told me “Frank” charged it. I was told to come back in 2 hours +/- I came back with in 3 hours. She reassured me it was charged, I was never given a printout. Once I got home I reinstalled my battery, to my surprise it didn’t start. I had to get a ride to drop off and pick up my battery, what a waste of time and money. I would rather go to Pep Boys, at least they have trained technicians. If you can’t handle the simplest task, maybe you should revaluate your position.5 months agoGot stranded in LaVerne needed bearing and Axle called ?_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ? And went nowhere called O’Reilly and “SANDRA” was very very , nice, smart, and helpful , she’s Bad A4 weeks agoAlways helpful. Used all over countrya year agoDo not buy a battery here because when it goes bad under warranty they do not want to warranty it. Horrible service and they do not know how to properly check a battery under a load. Just because it shows 12v right after being charged (I charged it at home) doesn’t mean it’s going to hold the charge. Car needed to be jumped 3 times and i have to keep it on the charger at all times. They tried telling me my vehicle was draining the battery. Got a new battery and not once since then have I had a dead battery.

3 months agoNot the friendlest group. If you want to feel insignificant, this is the place to go. Store appears to be well stocked. There seems to be a consistent wait time with customers piling up with no additional checkers to aid the situation. Always feels like one clerk on the phone with business and another servicing the other customers in line.3 months agoThere Knowledgeable and sincere. They went above and beyond to help me locate parts for a vehicle that is 35 years old. I’ll be a repeater with them for sure. Fixed a O2 sensor and asked if I can borrow or rent a scanner to clear it. Old manager guy was adamant about how illegal it was and this and that. I told him Its illegal if I’m hiding actual car issues. But I reiterated that I finished repairing the car. And it’s a permanent code. Still a no. Went to the autozone job the street and had no issue. I’m sure if tried to buy brake cleaner and used it as a flamethrower it would be illegal and he probably wouldn’t sell it to me. Very silly.
They have great customer service.
Worst customer service an the morning , lazy people that are not willing to help,I’ll recommend going an the afternoon 😑 🙄.
I want to say that overall its a good store Jessica has been add it with making the store better along with the crew that has been there for atleast 3 years. I personally want to thank Alejandra for her hard work and consistency with my commercial orders . She is on top of it and always on point and expediting service im so happy she is back from her leave.
