3 months agoStopped by on 6/7 for a Routine Diagnosis. Alex performed it for me. He then went beyond the simple diagnosis and checked my Battery, Alternator, Fuses and Ground wire. He was very Professional and very Helpful. Totally appreciated his service! Thanks Again Alex !!4 months agoUsually top notch service, quality and prices. This time, the desk guy gave me two out of three “wrong” items. Wrong battery for my vehicle and wrong filter. The battery issue was caught by the mechanic I used for the installation. At least the wiper blades were correct! Returns were dealt with quickly.2 months agoThis is the best auto parts store, great staff, great service, they show you how they preform repairs and explain it really well, especially if you don’t know anything about your vehicle also worker named John deserves a raise, was a great guy.7 months agoI had the rotors of my SUV rectified at the Oreilly’s Cape Coral, great service and communication, the guys were very professional and I had them back within couple hours. I honestly recommend this location even though I live 20 min away, cause they have always steer me right and provide quality service with a smile.7 months agoAnother Great experience at O’Reilly’s ! Alex took great care of me. I bought a battery a year ago and it started to fail. Alex came outside and tested my battery and sure enough my hunch was correct. So the battery is under warranty and Alex installed a new one no charge then tested my alternator to make sure that it was working and was charging the battery. It’s working perfectly. There’s no way I would ever go to any other automotive store ! O’Reilly’s is the best, period !

Not only was I in and out in about 15 minutes with a new battery, but as someone not mechanically inclined, his explanations were highly helpful for the future. He took his time and walked me through changing a battery and the purpose of different batteries. I asked a lot of questions. He was patient. They were all friendly. Much appreciated! 3 weeks agoSo thankful for this store! On this “beautiful” 115° heat index day, my tire sensor light came on. Ran to a gas station to fill the tires, however, they all appeared to be within range. Decided to pull into O’Reilly and talked to their wonderful manager. He explained tire sensors to me and had me purchase a very inexpensive tire gage. He then proceeded to come outside with me and assist in checking all of my tires to ensure they were fine. As a Florida transplant, I was extraordinarily thankful for this gentleman! Undoubtedly he put my mind at ease. Thank you, O’Reilly auto parts!7 months agoThe staff was friendly and helpful. Although they didn’t have the item I was looking for. They still tried to explain/teach me about it and where I could find it. It was a wrench for a 2018 Colorado Chevy. The store was clean, and they made sure to acknowledge me while waiting in line ,even though i wasn’t in line for very long.5 months agoCame in for a simple return and was told i had to go back to the original sale store miles away because i wasnt in their system i came in with a receipt and the part they sold me and was rejected for a return, clearly the company doesn’t value its customers time9 months agoI love O’Reilly Auto parts I have been in need of brakes but couldn’t find anywhere where they would be available same day but upon calling the store and given them the information they were able to tell me that the parts were in stock and I could pick them up same day. The experience was amazing the customer service was outstanding I will always try to make it to this location to purchase all my needs in person. God bless this store and the employees.

I took some rotors to be turned here and dropped them off. Had the wife pick them up because I was still working on the vehicle.
Upon return I noticed they were very rough and uneven, almost as if they tried to take off too much material at once. I installed them thinking they would wear in with the pads, however noticed when I test drove around the block that i got a violent shutter in the brake pedal when i went to stop. I’m just glad it was a slow test drive and noone got hurt.
The technician who machined the rotors did a terrible job and turned them unevenly and gouged them to the point I had to go next door to autozone to replace them.
The manager refunded my money for the machining but did not offer anything else. They cost me $100 for new rotors because of their incompetence and poor attitudes. Pathetic excuse for a manager. Will never go here again.
They never answer the phone, say they order parts and tell you when they will be in. You arrive and guess what they have no clue what you are talking about. Tell them who you ordered them from, they find the order but cannot locate the parts. Re-order them wait and you may get none or two. None of the employees except one know what they are doing. It’s sad to see how far down hill this store has gone.
good reliable place, most of the time parts are in stock and they can usually get special orders fairly quick, I use their house brand synthetic oils for all our personal and company vehicles, and best of all most times I go in the guy behind the counter actually knows about cars.
Fabulous staff. My always go-to for parts and advise.

The bald guy that was chewing gum at the register was extremely rude or oblivious to his surroundings. I’ve been to OReillys around the US, and this takes the cake for the worst customer service ever. I ordered online for ease of pickup to stop by between appointments, and I ended up standing behind someone for 20 minutes watching this guy smack on his gum when the store was completely dead one car in the parking lot. Even the customer that he was helping said help the people behind have been waiting, and he said, “They can wait.” The best part is when I’m being helped, he doesn’t know how to ring up an online order and questions whether I paid after I tell him what I ordered along with the paid receipt multiple times.
I’ll be driving out of my way to other OReillys to avoid that nightmare again. I get someone not understanding how to ring something up, but how the whole situation was handled is crazy.
