2 months agoTerrible!!!!Not to be rude but this place is trash! My car was that dirty but still needed vacuuming wipe down everywhere bc I like a clean car I get home and regret paying $50 dollars for a car wash that looks like I went through a drive by one and kept going. I was disappointed I open the back doors and it was dirty still I had ask him to wipe it down but he went to get a towel never came back. The chairs had crumps still. Never going back and I usually tip pretty good they didn’t get shii. I had to come home and watch my car all over againa month agoI take my supercrew truck to this place, and it’s good. My only problem is that they don’t do a good job vacuuming the interior. I understand pet hair can be tricky to vacuum out, but I can get at least 40-50% out in 5 minutes or less. The past few times I went, the person picked up the seats, like I wasn’t gonna see it. Other than that, this place has great customer service to overlook the negative mark. I will continue to take my truck to this place and just take a few extra minutes to vacuum the interior myself.a week agoThe car was is ok I try to not go here unless its absolutely necessary. I saw them wiping my car with a rag they had just wiped my rims with. So when i go i watch closely.3 months agoCar wash and tires were good. Inside was ok, missed a lot of obvious areas that are still dirty. Tested them before driving up by putting some money in the center console and……they failed. Also, I paid an extra $40 to get a crack in my window fixed, which is still there. Going back tomorrow to see about my window. I wouldn’t suggest this place.

a week agoI have been to this car was many times before. I went there on Monday and paid 60.00 to have the car wash . Come to find out there was a guy washing the cars really quickly by hand and then someone else was wiping the car down. That means the bottom of the car was not cleaned and the wax was not applied to the car. I also realized that they did not vacuum the back seat floor mats . I won’t be back.3 weeks agoWe have been going to this Establishment for years and we have NEVER had service like this before!! We paid $32 + a generous tip unfortunately before looking inside my car (MY MISTAKE) and realized that they only vacuumed the right side of my car, but only the front and 2nd row. The 3rd row was completely untouched. I even told the gentleman that there was bits of trash underneath the seats and his response was NO PROBLEM! Apparently there was! The inside was not wiped down as well. When I called to complain the Gentlemen told me that the $32 only covers vacuuming and not a wipe down inside the car. So, I literally paid for a half @ss job! Car had barely been vacuumed out, doors weren’t wiped, dust still on dash. The wash states that they will shampoo your mats, so I checked them as a paper was over them and when I went to lift the mats the floor had not been vacuumed. I was told my carpet was dirty, but I showed them it was leaves and crumbs. After being called back again my car was still dirty. The manager told me it was the best they can do. I asked for their rags so I could at least wipe down my car myself. Really disappointed. Not a big fan of the fact the account is linked to a single plate rather than a customer account. But outside of that the carwash is solid. Spotless drying. Really thoroughly cleans the harder to get areas usually.
Vacuum works well and all the staff is very friendly.

Quick quack is the best. Tara helped us out and made our experience wonderful. she went above and beyond helping us through all the pricing and specials and it seemed like she genuinely loves her job. I continually look forward to getting our car wash here. I love seeing the beautiful colors as I’m going through the car wash. Also I love the fact there is a cleaning station as well where you can wipe down and vacuum your car. Second time around we saw Tara and said hi again awesome service. Third time we had to come unfortunately because we got bugs on the car. Brendon helped us out and he was friendly as well.
Great wash and friendly staff. I’ve been to others so the comparisons are similar. I think other locations have it more effort into the “pre-wash” before entry, but it was still a very decent wash and I will be back. Vacuums are strong and premises is well kept and clean.
My car always comes out clean. Wipes, towels and working vacuums get me in and out. And the service is always friendly. It’s a great value.
