I was greeted the moment I walked in and from that moment until the moment I drove off with my beautiful new car I watched this team work their tail’s off for me! The only thing I didn’t like and want to bring to your concern is finance section, they pushed me badly to buy extended warranty even after I denied twice he’s kinda laughed and made joke out me for my choice and then he tried again with cheap bargain and giving me another 100/200 dollars on my trade-in. Really it was annoying and uncomfortable and surprising is when I asked a better quote for my trade-in they said it’s not possible and that’s the best we can and then he offered me more money just to buy the extended warranty. Thank you again for delivering my vehicle with no mark up and promised time✌🏻2 months agoGreetings car buyers. Well, it has almost been a year since I purchased my first brand new car. It wasn’t easy to get a new car during the pandemic, but Stevinson Toyota East came through. Actually, the salesman I will credit my purchase to is Kevin Tran. I am sure the conditions haven’t change since last year. I had to get myself on a waiting list with a fairly wide range of options I would be happy with when it came to buying a Prius. Kevin was on top of the availability and contacted me promptly when a car, that fit my ideal characteristics, came up. Not only did he email me the documents to sign to get the car on hold, but he even called me. He knew I was eager to buy a new car, so his pro-activeness served me well. Instead of waiting for a couple of months after visiting the dealership, I only waited a couple of weeks. Since then, Kevin will contact me on occasion just to check in, which is (for me) a good sign of customer care. Every time I came to the dealership dealing with the car, such as an oil changes or having side moldings put on, I would drop in and say ‘hi’, and Kevin was always asked about my wellbeing as well as how much I was enjoying the car. I am very happy with my 2022, but I must admit, the new 2023 is really appealing. If you happen to go to Stevinson Toyota East, ask for Kevin Tran.I would also like to say that the crew in the Parts Department friendly and extremely helpful. I have had more interaction with Bobby, which is why I wanted to mention him in this review.
3 months agoWent to go look at a Toyota Hylander figuring I wouldn’t find one. We were helped by Alex Asiaw. He is the BEST!! Not pushy, very helpful. Not only that they happened to have the exact car I was looking for. He showed us all the bells and whistles. We looked at several models and test drove one. We decided to see what they could offer us. They gave me great money on my trade in. They worked with the figures until I was where I wanted to be. Alex sat with me and showed me how to work the main things. After a week I decided to get a clear bra. He helped by setting it up immediately. So if you want a new vehicle see Alex!!!4 months agoBree Van Dyke made this the hands down best buying experience ever. She listened to what our needs were and provided options within our range. Michael in the finance department had me in and out quick. Total time spent was about 2 hours. It was great.

2 months agoMy son just purchased his vehicle from Colorado Auto Finders yesterday. Jacob and George went above and beyond to make sure that he had something that was reliable and affordable, not everyone has $60-70K to drop on a vehicle and that did not stop them from treating my son like he did. He purchased a great car with amazing mileage for the age of the car and they even gave him a goodie bag for his purchase which between that and the stereo system was what he was most excited about but none the less, he is very happy with his purchase. Other places didn’t give him a 2nd look unless he had thousands of dollars for a down payment. Not George who is the General Manager BTW he made sure the down payment, monthly payment and interest rate was something my son was comfortable with. He never made him feel forced to purchase that specific car and he got a great deal on it. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for anything from a Toyota or a Porsche they have it all and treat everyone with respect. Go see Jacob, find your dream car and then George will take care of the rest. They are the best independent dealer in Colorado!a month agoI had a great experience. George was awesome 👌 he found me better financing than my own bank. Explained everything I needed to know and made sure I was taken care of. Then I went back 3 weeks later cause my battery was acting up and was told that it wasn’t covered under my warranty, which I was ok with, and George saw me and remembered me by name and asked how I was and I told him my battery was bad and I was heading to go buy one and he said nope and took me back to the service department and told them to get me a new one. It is very rare to find a company that stands by their products today. I would recommend to anyone to get a car from them. Plus, I love my truck. I heard mixed reviews about Echopark, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was WRONG. I found the car I was looking for (2020 Nissan Rogue) at the Echopark Thornton location and everything seemed great. There was a “clean” CarFax. I traded in my old car and financed the new Nissan. I drove it home and to work with no problems. Then, I decided to clean it a bit more and started to notice rust on the INSIDE. I brought it into Brakes Plus (AMAZING help and service in Leetsdale) to inspect. They found an unreal amount of rust on the bottom and inside underneath the seats inside the car. There were also salt water deposits and even fully corroded coins found inside the car. They said that they’ve seen cars like this before because of flood damage. They told me to return it if I could because it would cause problems down the line.
I called Echopark several times and was told they were “very busy, but the next representative would be with me soon” to help me with the return. Of course, the 7-Day money back guarantee was about to expire, so no one got back to me. I took the car into the store and asked for a refund. The manager inspected the car and said the rust was “normal.” I then showed him inside and he said, “that’s weird.” I told him about the Brakes Plus assessment and he responded, “we don’t sell cars with flood damage,” although this clearly was.
They gave my money back and only wrote me a check for my trade-in. I was left to find my own way home because they don’t offer shuttle services.
I will never do service with Echopark again. I know that this doesn’t happen a lot, but the way they handled it and DENIED the damage was unacceptable.
Went in looking for a new car for my wife, had an awesome experience with finding what was a great fit for her. Lee took the time and went through everything with us. The process was easy and simple. Prices are slightly higher but it’s worth the convenience. 10/10 would recommend
Our experience was very good. Antonio was very easy to work with. We like the no hassle pricing. They let us drive a couple of the vehicles we were interested in, without someone from the dealership watching over our shoulder. Not for sure if that happens all the time or if it was because we were experienced (older). Would definitely go back when we buy another vehicle. We looked at another dealership that was no haggle but they kept asking us where we needed to be to get the deal done so we walked out. Hear no haggle truly means no haggle. Great Experience!!
